Meet the Team

Cory Hibbard is a seasoned business professional with a strong background in operations and leadership. Born and raised in South Jersey, Hibbard received his degree in business form the Rinker School of Business at Palm Beach Atlantic University. He began his career in brand development with Red Bull North America before joining the United Franchise Group (UFG) in 2014 as a Franchise Development Representative. From there, he joined the Transworld team, where he held various positions including Operations Advisors, Operations Manager, Director of Operations, and eventually Vice President of Operations.

In his current role as President of Graze Craze, Hibbard is responsible for driving the strategic direction of the company and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Throughout his career, Hibbard has developed a reputation for his ability to think outside the box and leverage the size and strength of networks to secure the best deals. He has received numerous awards, including the 2018 UFG MVP, UFG Hall of Fame Inductee in 2024, and the 2021 & 2025 UFG CEO’s Award, in recognition of his exceptional work.

Max Gonzalez is an operations executive known for building scalable restaurant concepts and systems for franchise growth. Born in Argentina and raised in New Jersey, Gonzalez attended Rutgers University before beginning his restaurant career with Brinker International in 1999. During his 13-year tenure with the company, he played a key role in 75+ restaurant openings, serving in both operational and leadership positions. Today, as Vice President of Operations for Graze Craze, Gonzalez oversees operational strategy, franchisee field support, and system-wide initiatives to strengthen performance and growth. With over two decades of experience in restaurant operations and franchise development, he is recognized for his ability to translate growth plans into operationally sound, scalable businesses.

Meagan Corey is a marketing and brand strategist known for her innovation, helping brands get ahead of consumer behavior. She began her career with Accurate Franchising, the franchising division of United Franchise Group (UFG), where she worked with 30+ businesses to develop marketing strategies for their franchise expansion. Today, as Director of Marketing for Graze Craze, Corey leads the brand’s national marketing and PR strategies, driving awareness, franchisee growth, and market expansion across 130+ locations. She was recognized with the Graze Craze President’s Award in 2023 and was selected to serve on the UFG Advisory Board in 2026 for her contributions to the organization and its brands.
