The Triad has its first charcuterie board retail shop, and the Greensboro News & Record took notice. The paper featured the opening of Graze Craze Charcuterie Boards & Boxes, which welcomed its first customers on Sept. 14 at 1616 Battleground Ave. in the Dover Square center.
The shop is owned by Elizabeth Paul, who moved to the Triad with her family in 2017. After a career in nonprofit fundraising and several years devoted to her family and volunteer work, Elizabeth chose Graze Craze as her next chapter. She is now bringing handcrafted boards and boxes to the community she calls home, for everything from weeknight gatherings to weddings and corporate events.
Greensboro is the latest sign of Graze Craze’s growth in North Carolina. It joins the Fayetteville shop, and the paper reports more locations on the way in Pinehurst and Charlotte. Congratulations to Elizabeth and the Greensboro team on a great opening.
