Graze Craze, the nation’s largest charcuterie franchise, reported a 65% increase in same-store sales for the first half of 2026 compared to the same period in 2025, marking its 20th consecutive quarter of positive growth. The company opened 23 new locations between January and June 2026, including its first in Louisiana, while expanding across Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas, Virginia, and Canada.
The brand now operates more than 130 locations and expects to reach 150 by year-end, with 42 additional locations in development and signed Master License Agreements to expand into Guyana and England. President Cory Hibbard attributed the momentum to a broader shift in how people approach catering.
Graze Craze is also expanding its menu, bringing back seasonal favorites like the Game Day Board and Holiday Board while debuting new Sandwich Trays made with Boar’s Head premium meats and cheeses.
